If you are studying real estate in NUS, I think you do not need to go through the RES course and can straightaway apply to become a salesperson upon graduation. Nevertheless, if you like to practise straightaway without waiting for graduation, there are numerous institutes which are quite established from my personal opinion, like RCN and Hastor, as well as IEA. My newest agent that just came on board was from RCN, where she cleared her exams in her first attempt.
