Hello,

Possibly relocating to Singapore to attend education and possibly obtain employment. Planning to stay in Singapore for no less than 1 yr.
What is the average rent cost per month for a foreigner?
What is HDB? I see a this often on the search results.

Hi Michael,

I have one unit HDB 3A at Circuit Room. Rental looking at $1,800 neg., furnished. Neat and clean and 10 mins. to MRT. Market is just beside this block. Very convenient for you in terms of transport and meals. Rental period only 1 year. I believe this will suit you.

Hi Michael,..to explain further,HDB flats are residential places without any condo facilities.its not a private property. For your stay in Singapore,..basically i need more information where will you be studying/working?which location?And the budget you have?suits private properties?do drop me an email for your requirements and will work on it to see if your requirements matches my listings.thanks.
