The Chuan is a LH999 property. If you are looking to sell, multiplying the size of the unit with an average price of 1700/-, would give you an indicative market price. However, everything said and done, the buyers and sellers in the market determine the final price. So, a lot depends on demand and supply for The Chuan at that point in time.

Good morning Nassera,

The last transaction a lower floor 4 bedroom 1658 sqft unit was sold at $3.1mil in Aug 2022, while a higher floor of the same type was sold at $2.85 mil in May 2022. Hence this provides an estimate of the indicative valuation here.

The final price also depends on the level, unit facing, unit condition as well as the market sentiment at point of sale.
