Hey!
am looking at renting my place.
This is a HDB which is very well kept, its modern made to order layout
There are three rooms in the house and i am looking at renting 2 common rooms with a common bathroom
Place is 5 mins away from Red hill MRT and about 10 mins from Orchard Roads.
I have this place till next year April and I would perer someone who would occupy the place on long term.
Utilities
There is TV, internet, Watching Machine, Microwave etc.
Cooking is allowed as long is place is kept clean.

I am easy going working professional, been living in singpore for 3 years.
