Like many statements, they need to be taken with a pinch of salt!

Over the past few months, there has been a general slow down in activity in the property sectors, but the question to ask really is,

"Has the buying stopped?"

Some facts on the matter from a perspective of the Huttons projects team in the D15, D13, and D14 are:

1. Haig 162 - D15 Sold out
2. Leicester Suites - D13 Sold out
3. Casa Aerata - D14 Sold out
4. La Brisa - D14 Sold out
5. Centro Suites - D14 Sold out
6. Suites @ Katong - D15 Sold out

So.. with that in persepctive, there is some room for a more liberal intepretation of the statement that D15 will be experiencing some price moderation!

Meanwhile, generally district 15 is doing well mainly due to the future developments in the area. If you would to put to perspective, the whole market might moderate at the moment. But I expect pick up of prices at the year end, when buyers come in for the good buys.
