I have this good buy in D05 Pasir Panjang area. Freehold Semi D under $4m. Interested?

Anyway, should there be fire sales, it is unlikely that the sellers are paying commission to us as salesperson if they are already selling below value. I believe that should you hire a salesperson to market your property for sale or rent, you will expect this salesperson to value add to your property.
