Hi all,
I have a issue over here and I do not know anyone of you maybe willing to help.
I rented a room in AMK. It is agreed upon signing to be an all girls' unit. Nontheless, the Landlord move in a couple on the 27th of July 2012.
My gf feels uncomfortable and wanted to move. Obviously, she was the one who is unreasonable and the agent agrees too.
However he cannot become a witness in Small Claims because he says that it is against the property Company's regulation.
The landlord refuses to return the deposit.
How and what should I do. It is not alot of money ($550), but to a normal person like me $550 is quite sizable.
Also, as landlords, if they always get away with these, they will continue to cheat on other tenants.
Please help if anyone knows how.
1) Do I have a case?
2) Who do I claim against? and where should I go
