Hi all-

I just wondering if i don't not have any CES or CEA but with a cert(ESST) from ERA as I long time never practice this trade, can I do any transaction on buy or sell for client? Plus anybody know when the gov is start the class to replace CES or CEA? any detail? thanks

CEA exam will kickstart from nx year Jan, Last CES exam is in NOV if i am not wrong. If u have closed 3 cases for the past 2yrs and without 4 o level credits, u are still given 1 year to pass the new CEA, the prob is, are u still considered a ERA agent cos inactive agents without any sales for 6mths might already get chop off. Pls check w ERA admin whether are u still with them or not?

Nx year onward, min entry level into property line will be at least 4 Os
