Why is the property in Heritage View more expensive than Dover Pakview?

If i would like to buy 2 bedroom condo for investment, between the 2 property, which one should i invest in?

Hi there,

Heritage is definitely a better project but that will also mean it is more expensive. So if you ask me a cheaper unit with the same rental will be better to invest.
