Have you throughly explored the option of engaging a specialist as opposed to doing everything on your own. Have you measured the pros and cons? Apologies to say that you cannot advertise on Propertyguru as this is a platform meant only for subscribed real estate salespersons.

I presume that you are looking to DIY the process yourself from your question. Actually a lot of people are doing that nowadays but end up many also chose to use the services of professional realtor. The reason is because we deal with real eatete transactions all the time. We see much more sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants compared to the consumers themselves. As such, we will be able to use this experience to help our clients to get the best interests for them. What you should be thinking should not be whether should you use a realtor, you should be thinking what kind of realtor should you be engaging for your transaction.

My partner and myself have been serving may clients and many of them are now our friends. Many of them have left testimonials for us for our services rendered. Personally I also won the Real Estate Excellence Silver Award for Best Client Service during the National Real Estate Congress in 2014.
