Your existing flat with grants is considered one time subsidized flat. The next resale flat without grants will not be considered subsidized flat, so you still have one more chance for subsidized housing (ie. new BTO or new EC from developer), but resale levy will apply when you buy this 2nd subsidized housing. The next resale flat, only grant possible is the proximity housing grant near parents. Taking this PHG will not affect your subsidized housing status, as it is considered a special grant.
