Hi, with reference to the latest transactions in the area, a low floor level 1-3 unit at Block 631 sold for $390k last month, while your own block 658 level 10-12 sold for $455k in the last month. So, the recommended selling price will likely be closer to $390k or slightly higher at $400k, which of course also depend on the condition of your unit.

Recent comparable 3A model level 10 to 12 796 sqft unit at Blk 658 hougang sold at 455k in July 2024

So the question is , is your unit 3room or 4room? May I know the floor level, size and interior condition?
