Are you a SC or SPR?

Do you have minimum 4 o level passes? If not clear WSQ? If okay, attempt RES course and pass RES exams to be a licensed real estate salesperson.

Or you have academic qualifications that is linked to real estate? If yes, you can be a licensed real estate salesperson straight away.

Hi,

1) There are certain academic requirements to get a real estate license in Singapore. You may read this for detail:

2) Currently there are 2 certified training centers available. You may choose any:
https://www.cea.gov.sg/professionals/estate-agents-licensing-matters/apply-for-the-real-estate-agency-course

3) Once you attended and pass the exam; consist of 2 papers. You may join any agency to get your license and practice.
