Hi Guru,
I am presently staying at laguna park a 3 bedroom apartment fully furnished with all facilities. I am now looking to rent out condo on behalf of the owner since I have to move on for personal reasons. What would be the expected time frame to complete the rental process?

I agree with Ravin, about 2 weeks. If the apartment is nicely renovated, with a sea view, and you got it at a bargain, then it may be shorter.
