No you can't. Singapore agent cannot market overseas properties in Singapore unless the project is approved by Government. Read More

Singapore agents cannot deal with your land sales directly. You can opt to seek an agency to assist you however, its subjected to the Agency's due diligence etc. Besides due diligence, they have many other factors to access and study in detail before making a decision whether to pick up this deal.
