This block of HDB flats is 99 years leasehold, since 1st February 2015. It comprises of 65 units of 3 room flats and 84 units of 2 room flats.
The 2 room flats maybe on flexi terms when sold to current owners depending on their eligibility.

Hi,
1) Any flats that placed on the markets belong to 99yrs-leasehold.
2) The 2-room units that were sold to the elderly with a shorter lease are not allowed to be sold in the open market.
3) These flats have to surrender back to the HDB when not in use or no longer needed.
