1. How do you see the market trend in each segment (CCR, RCR & OCR) after the GE? More cooling measure or some measure being pulled back? and Why

2. is the 'excess supply' in 2013/2014 realistic risk? or is there mitigating factor like more immigrants in-take from now to then can digest those excess?
