Hi gurus, can I ask under the "pricing insights" section on this site, for the transaction price of past properties, why are some of the records not listed under the HDB resale transaction records?

Understand that some newer ones might not be up yet, but some of the older ones (ie b/w 6mths - 12 mths) seem to be missing as well? Appreciate your kind advice here!
