hi gurus, in future woodland ave 9 blk 781E, from my knowledge, that area has a lot amenity like schools ,sheng siong supermarkets, bus stop nearby, North south corridor and RTS another 6year ready and a lot of factory on that area. Can a 2room flexi reach $350,000? Can gurus advise thank you.

Hi,

To be honest highly unlikely, given that adding a few more grand can easily can a 3rm or 4rm resale, which may be tough, base on experience. If you are a buyer with a difference of $350k for a 2rm would you pay extra or take up an extra loan for $380k for an extra bedrm?
