Hi gurus,

Is it possible to rent out a HDB flat that was bought in the open market, without taking any grant nor loan and paid fully in cash even if i had not stayed there for 3yrs.
What is the indication price that I can rent the property out at assuming that it is fully furnished and nicely renovated. Area is in Kim Keat Ave, Flat type is 3I.

Pls refer to HDB web site where it will answer your question on renting out HDB.

You can only rent out your HDB based on certain situations.
Even if you are not taking any grant or HDB loan, you still have to abide to the new regulation.
