Hi Gurus, why is a HDB 2-room Flexi $ psf selling much higher than 4-room psf?

Hi,
That is how the market prices for the 2RM and 4RM are.
Generally, HDB doesn't use psf to gauge the pricing. psf is more for private properties, and even now and going forward, absolute quantum will be the barometer.
