Hi gurus.URA to launch the tender for the Reserve List site at Boon Lay Way (Jurong Gateway).The developer committed to bid at a price of not less than $214,712,572 in the tender for the land parcel. Hi, will this cause the surrounding residential property to appreciate?

Morning,

Regardless of the land bid on the reserve list, units in Jurong East area are already enjoying the appreciation, due to the mass development and upcoming billing for their lift upgrading.

Those who have taken the bait earlier should feel the appreciation as I'm also one of them.
