Hi, has One Amber TOP / when will it TOP?

interested in 2 bedroom high-floor with sea view (specifically Stack 23).
what will be the lowest psf?

Hi, recent transacation at very high floor stack 23 has transacted at $1420psf. One Amber has achieved TOP and collection of keys has been very slow.

I have a few 2BR on sale but all asking for $14XX psf.

Do let me know if I can propose to you other 2BR to buy in the area as I am a specialist in that area. Will you consider ESTA or The Shore?
