Assuming a $2 mil purchase, indicative breakdown as follows

5% cash dp 100k
20% cpf oa dp 400k
4% buyer stamp duty + legal approx 72.6k

75% max loan 1500k (assuming income eligible for 75% loan)

Hi, how many bedders are you looking at? The Bagnall Haus indicative prices are from $2,450/psf. As for the payment, strictly cash is the 5% downpayment( the other 20% can be in CPF). Buyer stamp duty also CPF/Cash and legal fees in either cash or cpf.
