Hi, i am 26yrs this year. I intend to purchase a flat, perhaps a studio. My budget is under 500k. Any recommendations? Pls also advise what procedures and documentation are necessary. Thank You. =)

Hi Junior Tan

Of course u are paying full cash and CPF, then it would very straight forward.

However, if u are considering a bank loan, perhaps we can discuss more on it and also, i can get my bankers to do an inprincipal amount u can loan up to.
