Based on past rental transactions, it's in the range of $2k to $2.6k. Normally amount will depends on furnishing options, house condition, facing etc.

Since your unit will be available within 1 month, I will strongly advise you to start marketing it asap to prevent it from being vacant (loss of rental income).

Hi Erica,

A single bedder unit in the D15 within the Ipoh Lane area should be able to command $2.2k on average. Although the high end of similar units can go for $2600, but given the amount of choices available within the 1km radius, it would be good if you are able to sit down and work out your sums as soon as possible in order to start working on marketing the property for the next prospective tenant. I am curious why the existing tenant is not renewing the lease? I have brought different groups of tenants for viewing in Bella Casita before and am pretty familiar with D15 on a whole as I have a number of landed units for sale in the district.
