Hi, I am a Singapore PR and looking for a 4 room HDB house to buy, but I want to know about the HDB financial plan, how much cash do I need to keep ready and how much can I take from my CPF?

Hi,

If you are taking a bank loan, it is best to do a Approval-In-Principle (AIP) first, so that you know the amount bank willing to lend you.

From there, you can source around for the flat based on this budget.
