Hi, I am currently looking for a 3 room flat in Sengkang/Punggol. Currently working and will be moving in with my mum only who will be going through a divorce case soon. Let me know if you guys have any suggestions or tips in mind to assist me further.

Hi Alyy,

Are you specific about the locations you are looking at in Sengkang/Punggol? As far as I understand, such units in the estate has not matured for reselling. Or are you looking for rental instead?
