Hi Leon,

1. You may not use CPF to pay for downpayment nor may you be able to use CPF to finance the monthly installment. The scheme to use CPF for payment of non-residential properties had ended in July 2006.

3. For commercial property, you will not be entitled for HDB Loan as the purchase of such non-residential properties are for the purpose of use by a business, and hence only eligible to apply for commercial loans from the bank.

I have a few HDB shophouses available for sale. You may also choose to take over current leases from existing HDB tenants for your business instead of an outright purchase of the property.
