Hi I am interested to rent a 3 bedroom brand new/near new(less than 2 yo) fully furnished condo near MRT and near the city. Budget is about $3000- $3300. Can I find anything which meets my budget? Will not consider west or east side.

How about Trellis Tower? Is 3+1, 1163 sq. ft. Fully-furnished. Near central, very convenient with MRT and shopping mall walking distance.
