I am living in The metropolitan condo (2 bedders). I am looking into buying another to stay and will rent out the current one. My budget is about S$750-900k and hope I can get one near MRT &/or near town and must be freehold. Is there any recommendations?

Hi David,

I've got a unit at D'Lotus for sale at around that price. High floor with designer deco (Freehold) at D12. It's just a short trip away from town.

Basically with the budget you have, it's safer looking for somewhere in Districts 11-14 but the quantity of freehold units are limited in this areas.
