Is there any particular location you looking at? Currently I have one unit at Compass Height, 1292 sq. ft., 3+1, the tenancy will end this April 2009.

This is excellent location, MRT, Shopping Mall and bus-stop just below. If this location is alright for you, you should take a look. It's fully-furnished by the way, and asking is within your budget of $3,700 max.
