Hi, I am renting out 1 common room @ Bt Panjang(near Chua Chu Kang). 5 mins walk to Bt Panjang Plaza, Bus Interchange,LRT station,Buses to many location,coffeeshop,very windy place. Room with bed & build-in wardrobe.Light cooking allow but no eating in bedroom must be clean. Preferably single but sharing is negotiable (female only).PUB included. Rental: with aircon $600,without aircon $500 (single), for sharing additional $100.
