Hi,

I had recently took up the option to purchase a unit in NV residence.

Its a 1BR 495qf @600K. after asking for more advise, i feel that this price is high and risky for investmet.

Any advise?

Hi...

It is hard to predict market, based on global inflation(due to money and pricing, currencies) and other factors like financial and economics..
