Hi,

I happen to notice that the condo price listed here for condos like Qbay and Riversail is down by about 100K, since the latest cooling measures announced. Is it really the case? Can I get a 2BR condo for about 750K at around 950 psf?

The condos price that you mentioned in general has not change much since the cooling measures. But, the developers have launched a special promotion package for keen buyers especially 2nd or more properties buyers to cushion the effect of the ABSD for a limited time and many units has been sold since it launched as many buyers recognised the potential of the projects for investments and for own stay. Importantly, it becomes more affordable especially for 1st time buyer, it makes the price even more attractive and units are selling fast especially 2 bededs.
