Hi, I have 2 Qns:

1. If I have 1.2mil to spend, should I get 1 unit (3/4 bedder) or 2 x 2units (1/2 bedder), assuming the same development same floor side by side. Help me to justify with valid reasons.

2. With the same amount, should I buy a just TOP empty unit and spend on renov or buy a resale unit with good renov? From the future resale perspective, which is a better option?
