Hi! I have a 2+1 fully furnished HDB flat in Tanjong Pagar for rent, but is confused at the wide range of rents offered by other owners in the same area. Can any guru please advise on the reasonable rent to charge for my unit in the current climate? Thank you.

Hi Ms Meow,

I believed your HDB unit shall be of Blks 1-8. Correct me if i am wrong.
Assuming your unit is fully furnished and fully airconditioned, you should be able to fetch a rental at $2.4k.
