Hi, I have a 3 bedroom condo unit in D08 and is considering renting it out. How much is the rental now and how long does it take to find a tenant ? - mins to MRT, high floor, unblock view, no furniture.

Hi Considering Option,

My guess is it MeraPrime condo you are referring to? I have just rented out 1 unit there and have another. Unfurnished will go fast at $3.8K.
