Hi,
I have a 5 room HDB flat bought in year 2002 from HDB and a private condo bought 2 years ago, expected TOP 2013. I intend to stay in the condo upon TOP, and keep my HDB flat for rental yield. Any issue from HDB or CPF??

Evening Eddy,

As you have purchased the HDB unit in 2002, it would have exceeded it's MOP.
Hence upon your condo's TOP, you are eligible to stay in the condo and apply through HDB for renting out your HDB unit.
