    looking at 7000 to 10000 soft and psf of $3-$4 range.
It will be quite a challenge to do so in current market. In fact most landed estates already have the presence of childcare and there is regulations from my understanding that requires minimum distance away from existing childcare if you are looking to start a new facility. Rather than looking to kickstart a brand new childcare, will you be open to consider taking over existing childcare business if there is anything in the market?
