Should your engage the service of an agent to source for any property, it is the prerogative of the agent to inform you in advance notice of his service fee payable. CEA does not fixed the commission payable.

Hi Daniel
When you DIY - you still need to arrive at the contractual agreements. Further, the whole sourcing process will require much time in phone calls, emails, viewings etc etc - do you have that free time???

My advise - go save yourself that hassle & get a good property agent to do the work for you, to serve your best interest.

You only pay an agent only upon successful closure - you get to save your time, get property closest to your heart (as available) etc etc - which do you prefer?

Wish you a good property search.
