Dear Mr Lim,

Do you mean the average transaction price?

For 5room flats, the price disparity is huge. Lowest transacted was $700k while highest transacted was $850k. For 4room flats, lowest transacted was $635k while highest transacted was $740k. These are the figures of transactions captured in 2014 alone. How may I assist you further?
