Hi CH,

For size of 1410sqft, owners are asking for about 3.5k to 4k in Chuan Park. Of course, that will also be dependent on various conditions of your unit. There are no other walk up apartment in the vicinity. So pricing your unit at 3.6 should get you the response that you want.

current market would range around 3.3k to 3.9k. Pricing would also depend on the condition of your unit. I've recently handled the rental of a 4 bed-room unit in blk 248 Chuan Park.
