Hi if I have cash on hand about S$500K assuming I have no other income, what kind of private property in west of Singapore should I invest? new launched? or those already T.O.P? my intention of this investment is to earn the rental income?

Hi,

for rental income, you will need a unit at a good location (near mrt, or near popular locations like shopping centres, beach).

With 500k, and no other income, it would be hard currently to find a completed development with good location.

My advice will be to actively seek out new developments (and hopefully those that will TOP soon)and purchase them for rental income.
