Hi, Im a tenant and I already informed my agent and landlord is aware of the possibility of another person ( family member) moving in and staying with me later. Everything is agreed and the contract is signed. No issues. In the contract the rental fees is also stated clearly. But now as my partner moved in, they suddenly want to charge extra fees every month and said the contract is for one person only. The thing is they never said they gonna charge extra for adding a person in. Is it eligible to add fees like that? Because i have never encountered like this in my past rental places.
