Hi Jeremy,

Investing in commercial property is more tricky than investing in residential property. The main advantage of investing in commercial properties is that the yields are higher than residential properties. the main disadvantage is the need to find constant tenancy for the property (unlike residential, where you can simply move in and stay in the unit if it is not rented).

I believe you do need to consider carefully if commercial property is right for you and your investment needs.
