Hi, I'm looking at renting out my HDB in clarence lane. May I know what is the market rate for rental.

Hi Stephanie,

I am not sure your HDB is 3 or 4 RMs type. For 3-RM, is about $1.5K fully furnished, 4-RM can fetch about $2K.
