Hi,
I'm looking for a studio or 1-bedroom apt at The Sail @ Marina Bay. My requirements are:
- Tower One since it's not so close to the construction site, mid to high floor, partial or fully furnished is fine.
- My requirement is for short-term lease of 5 months from September 2009 till January 2010 due to my employment contract.
- Budget is $2,800/mth (i can go higher or lower depending on the unit)

I'm an American guy, professional in advertising field and the lease will be under personal lease.
