Hi, I'm looking to purchase my first HDB, but I'm not sure what I can afford. Is there any formula or steps to gauge what kind of HDB I should look for within my budget?

Hi,

Alternatively you may wish to consider applying for HDB Loan Eligibility (HLE) & see how much you are able to loan. This is Applicable for S'porean only, for non S'porean, you may speak to banker to make an initial assignment.
