Hi, im renting a HDB flat. I would like to know the tenant's responsibilites. I'm not engaging any agent to represent me. The owner's agent wanted commission if i go through him. So now i would like to know other than the stamp fee and deposit, wat other fee should i incurred? If the owner decides to engage a lawyer to settle this tenancy agreement, do i need to pay for the lawyer fee? Thank you.
